Charging Handle Instructions   Ensure that your M11 is not loaded! Remove upper receiver and old charging handle. Install new charging handle with cutout toward front of receiver. (Rear of charging handle does not have a cutout) Check that charging handle does not hit the front of the receiver or the barrel when the bolt closes. Assemble upper receiver and front pin.
